Our house is on a golf course. It is in a very quiet
community that has all the facilities of a grand resort
such as golf courses, swimming pools, tennis courts,
restaurant/bar, etc. Sacramento is the California State
capital about 20 miles away.The climate is
mediterranean. The Sierra Nevada Mountains with
quaint Gold Rush towns are close by for hiking, skiing,
gold panning and wine tasting. San Francisco, Reno,
Lake Tahoe and Napa Valley are all just 2 hours away.
Yosemite Valley and the beautiful rugged California
Coast are within 3 to 4 hours from our home.
