We offer a 1150 sq.ft. urban condo on (and with an exceptional view of) famous St.Charles Avenue, on the historic New Orleans 'Streetcar' line. Easy access to the French Quarter and within walking distance of the Garden District. 24 hour security, off street valet parking. New Orleans is noted for historic tourist attractions and world class restaurants. Condo is in the central city, but within 10 blocks of an I-10 highway access. A short drive to historic Mississippi River plantation homes. The condo is a 5th floor flat, there are 3 elevators. The Master BR has a queen size bed. The second BR has twin beds. The kitchen is well equipped. The laundry (washers/dryers)is in the basement of the building with easy elevator access. There is also a beauty salon, a dry cleaners and a fine restaurant in the building. Owners are retired and very flexible. Open to short or extended travel. Need not be simultaneous exchange as this is a 2nd home. The unit is not available for the Mardi Gras season.
