New Orleans is noted for historic tourist attractions and world class restaurants. Condo is in the central city, but within 10 blocks of an I-10 highway access. A short drive to historic Mississippi River plantation homes. The condo is a 5th floor flat, there are 3 elevators. The Master BR has a queen size bed. The second BR has twin beds. The kitchen is well equipped. The laundry (washers/dryers)is in the basement of the building with easy elevator access. There is also a beauty salon, a dry cleaners and a fine restaurant in the building. Owners are retired and very flexible. Open to short or extended travel. Need not be simultaneous exchange as this is a 2nd home. The unit is not available for the Mardi Gras season.
