15th Century farmhouse. Listed building,surrounded by fields,2 acre garden, Easy access to London, Norwich, Cambridge. Nr train station. Walking, birdwatching, John Constable country, near Colchester which is Britains oldest recorded town has nice castle, near beach, very quiet,no passing traffic We do not smoke and would like people not to smoke in our house.
