Our house was built in 2012. In 2016, an extension was added to build a master suite with a terrace overlooking the surroundings. Our house is modern and particularly pleasant to live with its large bay windows that make it very bright. On the ground floor we have the 3 children's bedrooms as well as a shower room, a bathroom, a toilet and a laundry room. On the first floor we have the master suite with shower room, toilet, office and terrace. On level - 1 we have the living room, the dining room open to the kitchen, a toilet, a laundry room and a terrace overlooking the garden.Our house is in a very quiet area in a cul de sac street. The neighborhood is on the edge of a forest. We are in the Belgian Ardennes 40 minutes from the border with Germany (Aachen) and the Netherlands (Maastricht).
