Ours is an average suburban home close to the city (12km from the centre of the city of Melbourne and on the train and tram lines into the city) and in the north - good spot for daytrips to the Vic wine regions and the snow.
We have an enormous backyard, mature fruit trees, and a large working veggie patch. The house is a weatherboard with three large bedrooms and a new kitchen and bathroom.
We’re looking for a home swap for a year.
