Swap homes with us?

We are offering our 120 sq meter, 2 bedroom, 2 full bathroom apartment in Bologna, Italy. The apartment has great internet, two flat screen TVs, a dishwasher, clothes washer (with dryer setting), the building has a lift, and each bedroom has an air conditioning unit. We are very closely connected to the city center by foot and the train station is an easy bus ride from our apartment.

MUST BE A CAT/ANIMAL LOVER
We have one cat who is a bit skittish. You might not see her much, but she is very gentle. Just make sure to give her space. She's very easy to take care of as she has a food and water feeder.

We do not have a car or bikes unfortunately. But there are city bikes you can rent and Bologna is a very walkable city. The apartment is a 12 min walk to the main city park, Giardini Margherita.
