Swap homes with us?

Our apartment is on the second floor of a security complex with lifts. It has a large balcony off the combined lounge/dining room, and a smaller balcony off the bedroom and it is lovely to sit outdoors on warm evenings. The second bedroom is now our study. We have an ensuite and a second bathroom with a bath, and air-conditioning throughout the apartment. The kitchen is well-equipped, with a dishwasher and enough kitchen gadgets to make cooking at home easy, though you may want to try some of the excellent restaurants nearby.
North Sydney is a vibrant part of Sydney, mixing historical buildings, and multi-story modern apartment and office buildings. Sydney Harbour is a short walk away as is the iconic Sydney Harbour Bridge.
We love living in North Sydney as public transport is so good - on one side of our apartment block there are buses which go over the Harbour Bridge and take about 15 minutes at most to get into the city. There are also buses that go to the beautiful Northern beaches of Sydney, or to the major shopping centre, Chatswood.
We can also walk or take a 5-10 minute bus ride to Sydney Harbour where we can enjoy a scenic ferry ride to the city, with spectacular views of the Sydney Opera House & Harbour Bridge.

We walk to either North Sydney or Crows Nest to shop or meet friends for a meal - it's about an 8 minute, pleasant walk and there are many good restaurants serving cuisines from all over the world. Since moving here a few years ago, we do not use our car as much, which is good for our purse and the environment !
