Our end-of-terrace house is located in the green outskirts of northern Berlin. It’s part of an estate of terraced houses, semi-detached houses and single-family homes mainly inhabited by young families.
Several supermarkets are within walking distance. Access to the urban transport system (BVG) is guaranteed; S-Bahn and bus will be reached by foot within a few minutes.
The S-Bahn will take you comfortably to the city centre Potsdamer Platz, Brandenburger Tor …). Starting at the Hauptbahnhof/Central Railway Station nice German cities like Hamburg, Leipzig or Dresden are within reach in less than two hours.
In the immediate surroundings there are a forest, the historical Berlin Wall Trail and beaches on lakesides.

The bright and charming house has 5 sleeping rooms (one with a double bed), a spacious living-dining area (underfloor heating), 2 bathrooms and a toilet. In a small garden you might enjoy the good weather sitting on the terrace, having a barbeque or just relaxing. If there is too much sunshine, you will find shade under a big umbrella.
In the top floor you might use a balcony.
The children will find outdoor a garden trampoline, a sandbox and a Wendy house. In addition, 5 bicycles and a bike trailer for a kid are waiting for you.
For the children there is a football table, a xbox one and a good number of board and parlour games and other toys.
The house is equipped with a wifi internet access.
There is a bathtub and as well a shower in the big bathroom, and a shower in the other bathroom. In the kitchen you will find a micro-wave, a cooker with oven, a refrigerator and a coffee maker. A
deep freezer, a washing machine and a tumble dryer are placed in the basement.
A parking bay for your car is situated in front of the house.


Unser Reihenendhaus befindet sich im grünen Stadtrand im Norden von Berlin. Es ist Teil einer abgeschlossenen Siedlung mit Reihen-, Doppel- und Einfamilienhäusern, welche überwiegend von jungen Familien bewohnt werden.
Mehrere Supermärkte sind fußläufig erreichbar. Und auch der Anschluss an den öffentlichen Nahverkehr (BVG) ist gewährleistet. Sowohl die Berliner S-Bahn als auch eine Buslinie sind in wenigen Gehminuten erreichbar.
Mit der S-Bahn erreichen Sie bequem das Stadtzentrums Berlins (Potsdamer Platz, Brandenburger Tor,…).
Vom Hauptbahnhof in Berlin erreichen Sie in nicht einmal zwei Stunden andere schöne Städte Deutschlands wie Hamburg, Leipzig oder Dresden.
In der näheren Umgebung gibt es einen Wald, den historischen Mauerweg und Bademöglichkeiten an Seen.

Das helle und freundliche Haus verfügt über 5 Schlafzimmer (eins mit Doppelbett) einen großen Wohn-Essbereich (Fußbodenheizung), zwei Bäder und ein WC. Im kleinen Garten können Sie auf der schönen Terrasse das gute Wetter genießen, grillen und entspannen. Falls es zu sonnig wird, können Sie die Terrasse mit einem großen Sonnenschirm beschatten.
In der obersten Etage dürfen Sie gerne den Balkon nutzen.
Für die Kinder gibt es ein Gartentrampolin, ein Sandkasten und ein Spielhaus. Darüber hinaus stehen fünf Fahrräder und ein Kinderanhänger zur Nutzung zu Ihrer Verfügung.
Für die Kinder gibt es im Haus einen Tischkicker, eine xbox one und eine Vielzahl von Gesellschaftsspielen und anderem Spielzeug.
Das Haus verfügt über WiFi.
Das große Badezimmer verfügt über eine Badewanne und eine Dusche, das zweite Bad hat ebenfalls eine Dusche. Die Küche hat eine Mikrowelle, Backofen, Herd, Kühlschrank und Kaffeemaschine.
Im Keller befinden sich ein Tiefkühlschrank, Waschmaschine und Wäschetrockner.
Für ihr Fahrzeug steht vor dem Haus ein Stellplatz zur Verfügung.


Notre maison mitoyenne est située dans un quartier vert de Berlin du Nord. Elle fait partie d’un complexe résidentiel de maisons mitoyennes, des maisons jumelées et des maisons individuelles occupées en majorité par des familles jeunes.
Plusieurs supermarchés se trouvent à une courte distance de quelques minutes. L’accès au transport urbain (BVG) est également assuré. On atteindra le S-Bahn et une ligne d’autocar à pied en quelques minutes.

Par le réseau de la S-Bahn vous arrivez confortablement au centre-ville (….). A partir de la Hauptbahnhof/Gare Centrale vous voyagez en moins de deux heures aux autres belles villes allemandes comme comme Hambourg, Leipzig or Dresde. Dans les environs proches il y a une forêt, le parcours historique du mur et des plages au bord des lacs.

La maison lumineuse et accueillante a 5 chambres à coucher (une avec lit double), un salon-salle à manger spacieuse (chauffage de sol), deux salles de bains et une toilette. Dans le petit jardin, vous savourez le temps radieux, vous cuisinez au barbecue ou vous relaxez. Un parasol large vous protègera quand le soleil brillera trop fort.
A l’étage supérieur un balcon est à votre disposition.
Pour les enfants il y a un trampoline de jardin, un bac à sable et une cabane des enfants. En plus, il y a 5 vélos et une remorque pour vélos pour vous.
Pour les enfants vous trouvez dans la maison un baby-foot, une xbox one et un grand nombre de jeux de plateau et d’autres jouets.
La maison est équipée de la connexion wifi.
La grande salle de bains dispose d’une baignoire et d’une douche ; l’autre salle de bains d’une douche. La cuisine est équipée d’un four micro-ondes, d’une cuisinière avec four, d’un frigo et d’une machine à café.
Au sous-sol se trouvent un congélateur, une machine à laver et une machine à sécher.
Devant la maison, il y a le parking pour votre voiture.
