Greetings from Los Angeles! Looking to swap with a flat in Amsterdam city centre or as close as possible :)
I have a 160m2 huge house in the middle of LA. Close to downtown and Hollywood and centrally located to pretty much everything. One big bedroom with bed, a lounge room with couch, a living room with a couch, and music room with a small sofa. Can sleep 4-5 people comfortably. Outside has picnic and lounging areas and a large garden.
I don't mind swapping with a smaller unit, especially if you are very close to the center. I may be travelling with 2 friends so your space would just need to fit at least 3 people. One large bed and a sofa would do.
Soundproofed house so it is very quiet. I have a driveway for parking a car. I can probably loan you my car.
The house comes with a cat so I would only ask you to keep his food bowl and water full. He is an indoor/outdoor cat so he comes and goes and is usually never inside when it is warm outside.
My dream dates are Sept 20-28 2017.
