Swap homes with us?

We are an over 65 couple wanting to swap our townhouse in Westville, Durban for a home in Surrey. We wish to visit our son in Staines for his 40th birthday in October. My son and Herman my husband share a birthday on 15th and my eldest son has a birthday on 18th. We live in a secure complex overlooking the Palmiet Nature Reserve , with comunual swimming pool and 20km from Durbans lovely beaches. We have a car to exchange. A Hyundai Matrix which comfortable seats 4. We are very central and 4km from the Pavilion Shopping Complex. Supermarkets and restaurants are just a few km away and there are many to choose from. We have easy access to the Midlands meander and the Drakensberg. Game Parks like Umfolosi and Hluhluwe are a 3 hour drive away and have the Big Five. Our home has 2 bedrooms, a study, an office, an open plan lounge and diningroom and a well equiped kitchen. There are 2 bathrooms one with a bath and the en suite has a shower.
