Swap homes with us?

We have a nice and cozy apartment (65m2) on the third (upper) floor. We have a balcony, where you can have breakfast and dinner in the sun, our lay in our hammock. The apartment has two bedrooms: one masterbedroom and the room of our one year old son. We have a big livingroom with kitchen. Our bathroom is rather small, with toilet and shower. We live in a quiet street opposite a square with lots of green and a playground for children.
It's possible to use our (not so great looking) bikes. You'll need them in Amsterdam!
Unfortunately it's not possible to park your car. Trams and buses to the city center and central station stop around the corner.
It's a nice ten minute walk to the city center and a five minute walk to the lively neighbouthood "de pijp." We have all kinds of shops, little bars and restaurants in the street next to ours.
