Our home is about 15 years old, recently renovated & very comfortable. Downstairs there is a formal sitting & dining room, a modern kitchen with an informal eating area, laundry, a powder room, an office and the amazing cinema, seating 18. The outside entertaining area is very relaxing, with a small, attractive fully reticulated garden - we spend a lot of time outside. The double garage is located at the bottom of the garden. Upstairs there is a sitting area with TV, 4 bedrooms, 2 double & 2 twin. However, for an exchange we will use the small bedroom for storage but the house will still sleep 6. Our bedroom has an ensuite, there is another bathroom and a separate toilet. It is a very comfortable, easy to clean home.

Wembley is a well located suburb just 10 minutes from the CBD, convenient for everyday shopping, 10 minutes to the wide Indian Ocean surf beaches and 15 minutes to the beautiful Swan River. There is an excellent public golf course within 10 minutes drive and the north and south freeways are nearby. The house is situated in a quiet street with a beautiful nature reserve at the bottom of our street, ideal for walking, bird watching, picnics and cycling. Perth is cyclist paradise with many miles of pathways.
