Swap homes with us?

Our house is a typical 1930's semi-detatched in a residential area of Hove near to shops, parks and public transport.
Upstairs we have 2 double bedrooms and a child's single room and a family bathroom.
Downstairs we have recently finished a large extension to create an open plan kitchen, dining, living room, plus a downstairs toilet.
We have a fully fitted modern kitchen, including dishwasher and we have high speed internet.
Our garden is small (by NZ standards!) but sheltered and sweet with BBQ, swing chair and a patio seating area. My music studio backs onto the garden.
We live directly on a bus line into central Brighton, 8 mins walk to the nearest station, 10 mins walk to beautiful Hove park and 20 mins walk to the sea. From here it takes 40 mins by train to Gatwick airport and 1 hour exactly to London Victoria.
Brighton is one of the most desirable towns in Britain with its vibrant cafe & pub culture, a lively music scene, great shopping and a wold famous arts festival throughout the month of May.
We love living here because there is always something going on but we are also surrounded by the stunning Sussex downs.

We would like a house swap to AUCKLAND, NZ.
As my husband is from New Zealand we are looking to spend anything between 2 & 6 months with our family and friends in Auckland before our daughter starts school here in Hove in Sept 2014.
