Lovely townhome (2 floors) is centrally located in Pasadena, CA. Walking distance to shops and restaurants. The house has 2 bedrooms (1 used as office), 3 baths, den, livingroom / dining room, updated kitchen (dishwasher & microwave) and lovely garden with patio. Our home has central heating & air-conditioning; also ceiling fans in most rooms. Wireless internet access and cable included (large flat-screen TV).
Pasadena is home to CalTech, Huntington Library, Norton Simon museum, Pasadena Playhouse. We are also very close to ALL that Los Angeles has to offer -- beaches, museums, theater, Dodgers, Disneyland, too many to name. Pasadena has many walking/biking trails. The Central Coast (wine country) is an easy drive & lovely weekend destination.
