Our home was completely rebuilt just a month ago, we are still completing works here and there and will upload photos when everything is on its own place. Its a 120 m2 flat with a 40m2 patio where you can sunbath or have dinner. Our building was built in the 30s of 20th century, we have been renovating our flat inspired by the feeling of that period, but using modern high-end materials and contemporary pieces of furniture. The flat is located between 2 main Barcelona squares: Placa Espanya and Placa Catalunya. Eixample district boasts beautiful modernistic building and at the same time offers the tranquility and convenience of a resident area, big supermarkets, fish and fruit shops just next corner. We will provide you with our best recomendatuons, since we are really into eating and trying new things ( amazing burgers, good portugese cuisine and a gorgeous french bistrot in just 5 minutes walking!)
