It's an ancient family house, at the firsth floor in the palace. It's on the main Fermo street, a medieval interesting town in Italy center. The apartment is very big- more or less 500 mq- with Three double bedrooms and one single bedroom, two Bathrooms, kitchen, three living room and a dining room. There is a beautiful panoramic terrace where you can stay, eat and play.
Fermo is km 6 to seaside- Porto S. Giorgio, and close to Conero. Around, you can visit marche's country, like in Raffaello painting. You can have trekking, horse trip and mounain bike.
In one hour you can reach Natural Park Gran sasso and Natural park Abruzzo.If you like art, you can visit Ascoli Piceno, Ancona, a lot of Abbeys around, Macerata (with classic music festival) Pesaro and Urbino.in two hiurs you can reach Bologna, and Three Hours Roma.
If you like night life, you can reach Rimini Riccione and Adriatic coast
