Our home is in Santa Rosa, California, not far from several well-known Napa-Sonoma wineries. Although Santa Rosa has its own airport (STS), San Francisco International (SFO) is the closest large airport. We are a little over an hour drive from San Francisco in the North Bay. We have a 2-bedroom ground floor place overlooking a garden in a senior community. We are in Paris now and could give you a call if you think a swap might be interesting.
