We live in the mountains, 1/8 mile drive from the only road in the area, which leads to a small town of Haines 40 miles in one direction and 1 mile to the Canada border on the other.
You must desire quiet, peacefulness, and be able to entertain yourself here in this pristine mountainous setting. The house is a comfortable custom home with an awesome view. There are 2 bedrooms plus a sleeping porch and another room that could be used for a bedroom. A great space for yoga. We grow much of our own food so lots of garden space. We have wireless DSL but it is a little slower than most other places in US
