We have a modern 3,600 sq ft home in Ottawa's trendiest neighbourhood called Westboro. Our home has won international residential design awards. The lower level features a media room, a playroom, a full bathroom and a mudroom. The main level has the great room, dining and kitchen as well as a very large home office. The second floor has 2 large children's rooms, one with a queen bed and one with a trundle bed. There is an open sitting room, laundry room and full bathroom. Down the hall you will find the master bed and bath.

The outdoor area includes an 800 sq ft wrap around deck overlooking the side and back of the house.

We are a 3 minute walk to a public beach on the Ottawa River and a 5 minute walk to the centre of the shopping strip in Westboro Village. We are less than 5 kms along the river to the Canadian parliament buildings. Come experience all that Canada's capital has to offer.
