Our home is comfortable and clean it has 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and garage.
Ground floor:
Bedroom # 1 has 2 single beds.
Kitchen.
Living room with access to the garden.
In view terrace garden is a second lounge.
Garden of 60 m2 approx. with barbecue.
Terrace of about 70 m2 approx villa.

2nd floor:
Bedroom No. 2 with en suite bathroom king size bed plus terrace 2x2. Shroud Included.
Bedroom No. 3 in bed Full bathroom suite with terrace 1.35 more.
3rd Floor:
Solarium.
The house is 4 years old and is excellently equipped.
We are in a private community in a residential area just 5 minutes from the beach, 10 minutes from Mojacar where Walt Disney was born, 100 meters we have a supermarket, and a cafe.
This area is sunny 90% of the year, so in winter you can enjoy breakfast in the garden. In this area of Andalucia you have the famous tapas restaurants and bars. It's very family-orientated here with a friendly and welcoming atmosphere.
