Just 20 minutes walking from Princess Street and with a fantastic transport public. Leith is lively neighbourhood, but the apartment is in a quiet street, tucked from the main roads with no through traffic.
The apartment disposes of a bedroom, living room with kitchen, and a bathroom, Ideal for two people.

We are a Spanish couple in the thirties, living in Scotland since 2009. We would like to exchange our flat, as the best way to know otherscities and lifestyles. We think our flat would be a fantastic place for anyone who wants to enjoy the Fringe Edinburgh Festival celebrated in August but we are opened to any other offer.
We work in IT and administration, in a very flexibe way, I work from home developing apps so I just need my laptop and a internet connection to work. We enjoy of reading, walks, photography, music. We are quiet people who love to know new places and new lifestyles.
