We are especially seeking Edinburgh From August 1st or Manhattan from August 15th 2013 for 2-4 weeks.
This is Sydney's premiere 6 star residence situated in midtown Sydney and was completed in 2011. We have just finished decorating using a designer and our architect. The apartment was selected to showcase "chic Sydney" at real estate forum in 2012.
The apartment is located on Hyde Park, in midtown Sydney with world class finishes, facilities and views. We have a 2 bedroom/2bath north facing apartment on a high floor. The apartment sleeps 4 adults. Every luxury you can imagine. Beautiful city and harbour views, pools, gym, internet. Car exchange OK. The concept is cutting edge, the amenities and finishes world class and the accommodation and views 6 star. It is situated in the heart of Sydney city.
We are seeking exchanges to homes with similar standards...2 bedrooms minimum, internet/computer access and hopefully a pool.
We travel May 1-October 1st and the apartment is not available outside those dates.
The apartment is not suitable for children (<12).
Luxurious beach house also available and 2 destination exchanges are possible.
