Looking for exchange summer
Home of recent construction. Our house in Mallorca is over 170m sq with wood flooring throughout. Although this is a quiet neighbourhood there are local pubs, restaurants and shops close by. Palma is easily reached by car (5 minutes) or bus (15 minutes-stop at only 50 meters).
This property provides an excellent base for exploring the many attractions which Mallorca has to offer.
The Mediterranean sea, with its wonderful beaches is 5 minutes away. Golf and tennis courses are 10 minutes from the house.
