10' walk from 'Champs-Elysées' and 'Bois de Boulogne'.
5' walk from several subway and RER stations (lines n° 1, 2, 6; A, C)... what allows you to join easily all the places which make the charm of Paris !
Top floor, nice, clear & comfortable.
Open view on a church.
In the street below and all around, there are lots of shops, restaurants, cafes, supermarkets; daily market (rue Poncelet)...and a 'Velib' station (the new bicycle hire system, all over Paris, very cheap and easy).
My son (17 years old) and I would like to discover an interesting city during the french school holidays.
As this parisian apartment is a second home, you can come there whenever, at your convenience.
