Swap homes with us?

We are newcomers to Homelink but would be very responsible guests and would hope for the same in return.
Our twelve year old home is 8 kilometres from Perth in one direction and Fremantle in the other. A bus runs between these two cities and past our corner.
The house is passive solar, open and sunny, with a view to the Swan river. It has two double bedrooms with their own bathrooms. The bottom storey is completely wheelchair friendly and there is a half court tennis court. Alfresco dining on the front courtyard is possible most days.
The house is in a friendly street which leads to the river 200metres away.
There are 40 kilometres of cycle track and walking paths around our beautiful river, with small boat marinas, coffee shops and parks along the way. We have museums and art galleries, golf courses and fabulous beaches.
Applecross is a perfect stepping off spot for the vineyards and surfing and giant trees of the South-West.
If you are looking for sun and comfortable relaxation this is the place.
