AT SUMMER & CHRISTMAS .
We live in Spain. We have two different houses. One of them is in Fuenteheridos (Huelva), in the beautiful Natural Park of Aracena. As it is not my habitual home it could be available on any date.
The other one is in Seville, two bedrooms,110 sqm and large terrace (100 sqm),this is my habitual home, so in this case the exchange should be simultaneous. Anyway, you could have both of them available just if you want to.
