Watergate Farms is our second home. It is WONDERFUL!. Kids are welcome. Great pool, golf cart, four wheeler, and all the toys. Deer, Turkeys, Rabbits, and Quail are plentiful. With an accepted exchange you will get full access to this place.
Quiet sanctuary on 230 acres in Brooks County in Southern Georgia. Rolling pastures and majestic oaks provide the backdrop for this lovely custom built cypress home. All natural materials were used in construction, including heart pine floors, cypress walls, and cherry for the cabinetry. Extra large master bedroom with French doors that open onto the private porch. There are 3 additional bedrooms and an office in main house and separate, private quarters in modern horse barn. Gorgeous gunite pool.
