Looking for exchange next summer august (2 weeks)
We live in a comfortable and convenient flat (75m2) with 3 bedrooms, kitchen, livingroom and a bathroom.
Our place is located in Badalona (10km away from Barcelona city centre).
Beach is at 500mts with few bars and restaurants to have some beers and 'paella'. The tube station is 2min walking. The food market is just 5 min walking distance.
Barcelona city centre is just under 20 min by tube.
Cycling or walking along the beach while enjoying sunny weather.
