Swap homes with us?

Our contemporary renovated hi-tech 3-level house is sited above Middle Harbour with beautiful water views and in a quiet cul-de-sac. There are large balconies from which to enjoy the northern sun and harbour views. We have three double bedrooms (King bed in the master & 2 x Queen bedrooms).

For relaxation there is a rumpus room with 55" plasma screen and pool table, and a heated swimming pool outside. We are close to a village-type shopping centre and a large shopping mall 10 minutes by car.

There are also a dozen or more brilliant beaches a short drive away - the closest being Manly. The centre of Sydney (Opera House etc) is only 20 minutes by car. There is an extensive arts festival in Sydney in January. The area offers plenty of water and other sports - surfing, fishing, kayaking, beautiful harbour/bush walks.

We have a very independant cat who would love to be fed and occasionally stroked, but otherwise you will not see much of him. Smoke free home.

We are visiting parents and friends in London, so will need to be based there.
