This was an old garage, and is now a gym down below, and kids rumpus room with table tennis table above. It has a bathroom/shower and beds too for extra sleeping space.

We have a lovely character house & outlook. Easy living & relaxing with a spa on the deck for chilling out. 5km from central Christchurch, in Cashmere which is one of the hill suburbs. We also have a separate building which is a home gym below and kids rumpus room or sleepout above. It is a great base for exploring the beautiful NZ outdoors. We have bikes, kayaks, tents etc and are happy for you to borrow any gear you need for having fun while you are here. We also have a holiday house in the foothills of the Southern Alps, about 75 minutes from Christchurch, which you are welcome to use (great fishing up there, and it has a home built sauna and outside baths for fun too). We have arranged a swap to the US for , but are open to offers for other swaps anywhere, including within NZ, or to Australia
