Large family home situated on 2 ha in a rural area about 7 mins from Whakatane. Lifestyle properties with friendly neighbours surround us. house recently renovated.
Whakatane is a great step off point for North Island tourism. Google: Whakatane, Ohope, Rotorua, Tauranga, East Cape, Napier for specific information. 10 minutes drive to beaches. Game fishing area with many charter boats 10 mins away. 2 Golf courses within 20 mins drive.
Whakatane has its own micro climate and has more sunshine hours than most of New Zealand.
Robyn and myself are ex Aussies living in NZ (past 20 years). We have family in Melbourne and Sydney. With cross Tasman fares relatively economic we look forward to seeing our family more. Our time is flexible and we are open to new locations.
In we spent 6 wonderful months on exchange in Vermont USA and are now looking for shorter exchanges.
