Luxurious townhouse in seaside town, 2 mins to ocean beach, golf courses and wineries in the area. Ocean Grove is a seaside town approx population 10,000 on the Bellarine Peninsula which has many picturesque fishing and tourist villages. We are 1 km from a fantastic surf beach which we use a lot in the summer. Point Lonsdale is 5 mins by car where we walk beside Port Phillip Bay and watch the ships coming through the Heads on the way up to Melbourne. At Queenscliff (15 mins by car) you can catch a ferry and travel across the Bay to Sorrento on the Mornington Peninsula. This takes 40 mins. Geelong is a 20 min drive which has movie theatres, an art gallery, dining. Jennifer and Kerrin are in their 60's and both work full time. Kerrin has his own business in renewable energy and Jennifer works in management administration at an agricultural university. Our interests cover travelling (of course), opera, ballet, theatre, movies, dining out and Kerrin loves his gym, he goes three times a week.
