Spacious home beside Swan River with abundant birdlife, boating marina and an island with city views. Pleasant walking paths to restaurants. In a quiet location opposite Ascot Racecourse and a short drive to Perth International Airport, we are also close to the vinyards of the Swan Valley and an easy drive to the ocean.

There is also a second home (two-bedroom apartment) in cafe society of Claremont, close to the beach and overlooking a park, as an alternative stay.
