Our familiy lives in a beautiful, new restored flat (240sqm) in a farm house out of Rosenheim (7km) with about 2000smq country side. Rosenheim is knwon for many bars and especially the "Autumn Festival" beginning at 25.8. The Lake "Simssee" is only 300m away and 10 km to the "Bavarian Sea" (Chiemsee). The alps are reached in 15 min. We live exactly between Munich and Salzburg so you have the opportunity to visit two exciting cities in Germany and Austria. We have a billiard table and table tennis.
