We are a busy professional couple, unfortunately we are not open to non simultaneous exchange at our city residence but use of the beach residence is possible, however this would not include use of a car. Our holiday times are somewhat inflexible due to our business circumstances.
We have a luxury 2 storey Penthouse with sweeping views across Port Phillip Bay. A large balcony with BBQ surrounds the lower level which is the living area. 2 Bedrooms, 2 bathrooms.Walking distance to the city of Melbourne with its fabulous shopping, Botanical Gardens, Markets, MCG, Melbourne Park and many many restaurants. If you don't feel like walking take the car or get the tram just outside the building. There is also use of our holiday house which is the house picturd, on the Mornington Peninsula a 1 and half hour drive from the Apartment. this is situated in a quiet street and is close to 3 Major and International golf courses. There are endless Wineries to visit and of course the fabulous bays and beaches of the Peninsula area. This is a very modern & new 1 level open plan home set high amongst the trees so it is easy to unwind and relax there. This home also has all the Modern appliances eg TV, Stereo, modern kitchen. Both homes have stairs.
