We have arranged several non simultaneous exchanges for June/Jul/Aug and are loooking for an exchange for May . We can offer a non simultaneous exchange and make our home available to you during our summer. We would prefer to spend May in the UK but are open to offers anywhere within Europe. We are also open to offers for anytime after August .

Set on half an acre in the hills of Perth, our comfortable home is surrounded by natural bush and has an abundance of native flora and fauna. Within Roleystone you can golf, go for bush walks, visit botanical gardens and wildlife parks. We are an easy drive to Perth, historic Fremantle and beautiful beaches. We are well situated to explore the many attractions that Perth has to offer. With a Mediterranean climate - hot dry summers and mild winters you can explore WA at any time of the year.

The house is air-conditioned for the summer months and is heated with a slow combustion log burner for the cooler times of the year. Our kitchen contains all the usual household appliances. There is a lounge and dining area and a separate family room. We have 3 bedrooms, a sewing room and one bathroom. There are polished floor boards throughout the house. Outside there is a paved and covered patio area with a large outdoor table setting and bbq. We have high speed internet access for you to use.
