Villa of 110 sq meters with a garden in a quiet area. The house is at the same time close to the city center (shops, restaurants ...) and the beach (about 100m).

The house is spread over two levels. The ground floor consists of a living-dining room of about 30 sq meters opened to the rear on a wooden terrace, a kitchen (fully equipped: fridge / freezer, oven, microwave, 4 hotplates, dishwasher), a bathroom with shower, toilets and a bedroom with two bunk beds. The first floor includes another bathroom (bath and toilets), laundry (washing machine, drying line) and three bedrooms (one has a single bed with a "tray bed" underneath, and two others have double beds). The house is surrounded by a garden of about 100sq meters with a terrace (garden furniture, umbrellas, deck chairs).
