Apartment is superbly located, spacious and contains all the comforts.It is furnished with both antiques and modern furniture and high quality appliances.It is opposite the Botanic Gardens/Shrine, trams heading in all directions are a one minute walk away from the front door.It is within walking distance to many attractions. [Gallery,Federation Square,Government House,Melbourne Cricket Ground, Tennis Centre,Yarra River, Grand Prix track at Albert Park lake, Fitzroy St,St Kilda, Chapel st and Toorak Rd]and some of Melbourne's top restaurants.Freeways to take you to the Great Ocean Rd and the pengiuns at Philip Is are close by.
We are inner city but once the front door is closed you would not be aware of this. It is a very quiet environment and the neighbors extremely friendly and helpful.
We have a holiday home at Pt Lonsdale, a beach resort one and a half hours drive away which would be made available.
It is possible to arrange a Honda CRV car swap required.Two bikes and helmets are available.
